Elk Township School District offers free, full day preschool for 3 and 4 year old students. To enroll, students must be 3 years old by October 1st. The preschool program is housed at WCK Walls School in Pitman, less than 10 minutes from Aura Elementary and offers bussing to and from school. We use the Creative Curriculum, a comprehensive, research-based program that features hands-on investigations combined with play as a pathway to learning. It is also the most widely used preschool curriculum in the country. 

Each day offers fun and exploration while integrating academic skills, including literacy and math. We also use the Pyramid Model, which is a social-emotional program designed to help children recognize and respond to their feelings appropriately, make and keep friends, and solve social problems appropriately.
